Seems like most of our guild have zero ability to chat over Alliance - which might be handy since we're at a low ebb, recruitment wise.
Can an Alliance Officer-y type in KA pop on and grant some chat permissions on perhaps Member upwards (Member/Senior Member/Junior Officer/Senior Officer/Ym)? I'm the highest rank I've seen online in a day or two.

It's Alliance member ranks that are the thing that need sorting. The thing is, I think only officers can speak in Alliance chat, so it seems that normal members getting permission is out of the question :/

According to the Alliance page, "Hopeful" can't but all other Alliance ranks can use Alliance chat. Would be handy if it can be sorted...

And thanks to Ym, now it is! Anyone above the KA rank of Recruit (Junior Members and above) can now talk in Alliance.
The command is /a <text>
